- Check your heating elements Heating elements give supplemental heat to maintain the temperature in cold weather.
- Check the outside unit and inside air handler coils Dirty coils keep your system from working well, and can cause premature failures. We may recommend a coil cleaning if they’re clogged.
- Check your system air filter Especially if you have shedding pets or carpet, having a clean filter is your cheapest way to ensure system longevity
- Examine your condensate drain lines When cooling, your system will need to drain the water it removes from the air. A clogged drain line can stop your system.
